At Call Relay, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences with every consultation. We're proud that the vast majority of our calls are completed with 5-star ratings. However, we recognize that things don't always go as planned, and we're committed to addressing any concerns swiftly and fairly.
Our Refund Policy
✅ Refunds for Completed Calls
If you've completed a call and are requesting a refund, the following conditions must be met for us to consider your request:
- Permission to Contact the Expert: We must be allowed to reach out to the expert to gather more information about the call and ensure a fair resolution.
- No Suspicion of Fraud: We must not have any reason to believe the transaction was fraudulent. If there are signs of fraud, the refund request will be denied and may be escalated for further investigation.
- Valid Reason: Refund requests must include a clear explanation of why you were dissatisfied with the consultation. Common valid reasons include technical issues, expert unavailability, or service not as described.
Refund requests for completed calls should be submitted within 7 days of the consultation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
⏳ Refunds for Scheduled Calls
If your call hasn't taken place yet, you're eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.
How to Cancel a Scheduled Call:
- Navigate to: Dashboard → My Calls
- Select the relevant call
- Click "Cancel Call"
Once canceled, your refund will be automatically processed in full and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds are not available in the following situations:
- If you did not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation
- If the call was completed as scheduled and no legitimate issue can be verified
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled call (expert may charge a cancellation fee)
- If fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed
💳 Processing Refunds
All approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Cancellations: Automatic refund within 5-10 business days
- Disputed Calls: Reviewed within 48-72 hours, refund processed within 5-10 business days if approved
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
